ReplyManager setup is easy using a simple web-based control panel. Users can access specific emails, respond to them using an HTML text editor, send new emails and add notes.

Response times are cut in half with autoresponders and standard reply selections. Global communication is made possible with multiple language support (for languages requiring special characters) and spellcheck in 5 languages.

Secure system access is granted via a username and password and supports Open ID.



  • Secure Login - From Anywhere, at Anytime - Unlimited Users
    Users can login securely to their ReplyManager account from anywhere at any time to access email. So whether you are working from home or have multiple offices - there is only one destination. Open ID is also supported.
  • Organize Emails - View Multiple Accounts in Folders
    Emails are organized into an unlimited number of folders which receive one or more emails. Users can be set up to view all folders or only specific folders assigned to them by an administrator. From here, you can see how many new emails are waiting to be read and total emails. An email alert will also inform you when new emails arrive in a folder. To read emails in the folder, simply click on the Folder title from the list or Quickview drop-down menus displaying the number of unread emails.
  • View and Send New Emails
    Once in the folder, you will be presented with a list of emails, their status and the number of actions that have been performed (responses, notes, forwards, etc.). The email status can be identified quickly: Red for UNREAD; Green for PRIORITY; Strike-through for CLOSED; and Blue for OPEN; From this point, you can also send new emails and enter commonly used email addresses into the Address Book. To view an email, simple click on the Subject or ID number.

    All emails are assigned an ID number for tracking purposes. This happens on all incoming emails as well as on any new outgoing ones. This allows you to view replies to an existing email along with all actions that have been taken. No need to worry about how someone else has handled the email - it is recorded for you.
  • Take Action - Respond, Add Notes, Forward, Send New Mail
    Now that you have read the email - it is time to take action. From here you can choose to Reply to the email, Add a Note, Forward it to someone else, Read the Next Unread or Delete it. You can also change the status, move it to another folder or assign it to a category. To print the email (and all it's actions), just click on the Print button.

    HTML Editing capabilities, allow for easy, customization of text and images within the body of the email.

    Users can also select from a list of Standard Replies (pre-filling their response), select from the address book, and track the amount of time spent on the email (this can also be done automatically).

    Pre-formatted, mutliple Signatures allows for quick and easy sign-off of emails.
