Maintaining your ReplyManager system is easy. Administrators (and Super Administrators) can add, edit and delete: Folders, Email Accounts, Users, Categories and Standard Replies. Reports and system statistics can also be generated and Virus protection (very important) can be configured.
And by the way, don't worry about those emails that were automatically deleted by a user. Just click on Recover Emails and you can view all Deleted Emails. Below are a few examples of these features.

- User Administration
You can add, edit or delete new users into the system. Along with their basic information, you can choose which folders have access to and determine what user level they are (view only, user, administrator or super administrator). - Folder Administration
To organize your emails, you'll need to set up a folder to send / receive applicable emails. You can assign a folder name, its associated email and assign a different "from" email. You can also set up automatic functions, such as automatically forwarding any incoming email to one email or a distribution list. Auto-responses can be configured so that anyone sending an email to that folder will receive an email back letting them know that you received it. - Rule Administration
Rules can be used to further guide emails into a folder or you can choose to delete the emails. Rules are evaluated before the system checks for any Associated Email for that folder. - Create Standard Replies
Do you ever have questions that many customers are asking and find yourself wanting to use the same response over and over again? With Standard Replies you can re-use messages you format over and over again - saving you time and increasing your response rate. Just create them in this administrative area and they will appear to users when replying, forwarding, adding notes or sending new emails. - Reporting - Track Time, User Actions and Statistics
With the ReplyManager reporting feature, you can compile information based on a specified date range and retrieve detailed information such as: General Statistics, Category Summary, User Activity Summary and User Activity Detail. These can help streamline response times, identify groups of emails quickly and calculate times for billing (or cost analysis). - Protect Against Viruses
Using a web-based system can be the first defense against virus attacks - but ReplyManager takes it a step further. Viruses most often come with attached files. We offer two methods by which you can filter these potentially infected files: Detecting questionable attachments (deleting them or moving them to a secured folder) and rendering executable files as "unexecutable."

- Setup - Quick Implementation
Setting up ReplyManager couldn't be easier. Using or web-based forms, you can establish site preferences and sections. The Setup section is available to Super Administrators only. - Site Preferences
You can implement your own branding here by identifying color schemes and uploading a logo. This can be done for the entire ReplyManager site or you can brand each section separately. - Section Maintenance
A Section in ReplyManager is the particular partition for a customer or department. For example, if you have multiple customers using ReplyManager, you would set up a section for each customer before proceeding to set up the rest of the system. Here you will identify the quota, ID label, whether time is tracked automatically and whether attachments can be sent.
